Metro Gentlemen excel in one or more of the following areas:

• Culture: They travel, enjoy the theater, opera, books and films that strike a new way of thinking and looking at the world.
• Community: They help other guys by providing resources that are helpful, while providing a sense of community. They speak from personal experiences and share both accomplishments and struggles to help each other become better men.
• Etiquette: They know what to say and when to say it. Manners and social skills are embodied in their spirit. They do everything possible to make those around them feel comfortable.
• Fashion & Style: Fashion is important and they do their homework to find out what the latest trends are. They do not need to buy expensive clothes to have style. Nevertheless, they are comfortable and dress accordingly for any occasion.
• Lifestyle: There is never a dull moment in their life, and they light up a room with charm, grace and interesting conversations. They are also polite and know how to handle conflict effectively. The best things in life are important to them and they always find a way to get it.
• Health & Fitness: Everything from staying fit, eating healthy foods and avoiding risky behavior is critical to them. They make sure to stay ahead of the game, so they may live a longer, healthier and happy life.
• Sex: They know what to do in the bedroom and always engage in safe sexual activity with their partner. Confidence is key and a human anatomy lesson can make a huge difference.

Note: Metro Gentlemen should not be confused with metrosexual. Although many of the attributes above may be associated with them, metrosexuals carry a bad reputation for being narcissistic and spending a lot of money and time on their appearance.

Metro Gentlemen is about reinventing the modern man through his interpersonal relationships, style and embracing the confidence to reach his full potential in anything he wants to achieve. They do not have to spend a lot of money and as long they are comfortable in their own skin, they will be able to lead successful and fulfilling lives.

You can be from anywhere in the world and be a part of Metro Gentlemen. Always remember to be true to yourself and that it’s never too late to take action to improve your life and help others along the way.
